Made of slotted galvanized steel channel with extra thick poly-propylene blocks for maximum durability.

Making sure you have the right starting block set up will help get you out of the blocks faster and be the first one over the line. Different centre rail lengths allow you to individualise the distance between your feet. Fixed angle blocks are excellent for teaching beginners how to start on their toes and saves time between athletes changing over heights, Adjustable angled blocks allow for athletes to choose their foot position as well as allow you to have both feet at different angles
