Extremely heavy duty ceiling hook, ideal for holding punch bags. U shaped bolt with swinging hook reduces the force and impact on the weld when the boxing bag is swinging. Powder coated with 10mm thick steel mount plate and1cm wide holes, suitable for dynabolts (not included). Suitable to hold 100kg.
