Four different colour ladders in each set allow you to set up a huge variety of footwork pattern drills. Each ladder has hooks & loops attachments so they can be joined together to form straight, square, triangle or cross formations. Red, Blue, Green and Yellow colours can be used as visual cues during drills or for team identification. Fixed tubular rungs are spaced 45cm apart. 4 x 2 meter ladders
